摘 要
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計是關(guān)于山西陽泉保安煤業(yè)15#煤皮帶大巷固定式帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計。首先對礦井概況做一簡單的介紹，然后對膠帶輸送機(jī)選題依據(jù)作了概述；接著分析了帶式輸送機(jī)的選型原則及計算方法；然后根據(jù)這些設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則與計算選型方法按照給定參數(shù)要求進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計；接著對所選擇的輸送機(jī)各主要零部件進(jìn)行了校核；對皮帶機(jī)維護(hù)做了簡單介紹。后來簡單的說明了輸送機(jī)的安裝與維護(hù)，最后介紹膠帶輸送機(jī)的電氣控制。目前，膠帶輸送機(jī)正朝著長距離，高速度，低摩擦的方向發(fā)展，近年來出現(xiàn)的氣墊式膠帶輸送機(jī)就是其中的一個。在膠帶輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計、制造以及應(yīng)用方面,目前我國與國外先進(jìn)水平相比仍有較大差距,國內(nèi)在設(shè)計制造帶式輸送機(jī)過程中存在著很多不足。
本次帶式輸送機(jī)設(shè)計代表了設(shè)計的一般過程, 對今后的選型設(shè)計工作有一定的參考價值。

Abstract
This graduation project is the design of 15# belt conveyer, which is in the type of fixed,for coal mine of Bao’an of Yangquan .First introduce the mine briefly, Then summarize the basis the mode selection of the conveyer. Then analyze the principle and the computational method of the mode selection; Then design the mode selection according to these principle and the computational method and the paramater followed the demand. Then verify the major components of the conveyer which had Choosed. Introduce the maintenance of conveyer simply. describe the maintenance and installation of conveyer. Finally elaborate the electric control of conveyer .At present, the adhesive tape conveyers is developing toward the long distance, the high velocity, and the low friction direction. In recent years the air cushion type is the example of them.
